Broken search and properties

Its a fairly nice app with some usable aspects. For me, the key feature of an app like this is to be able to search for specific properties that your interested in. Unfortunately this is completely broken. Searching for houses near me within a price range returns some houses, along with units, properties for sale 50k more than my search criteria, and even properties in other States. Some of this seems to be the apps problem and some the fact that properties are miss-categorised.
So disappointing.
